Barbora Novotná (Doležalová)
Show moreShe is a graduate of English Translation Studies and of Theory and History of Theatre at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno; she has participated in study stays in Great Britain and Poland. Barbora translates from English and Polish into Czech. Furthermore, she works on the development of international artistic projects, she is one of the organizers of Bardzo fajný festival presenting contemporary Polish cinema in the Czech Republic, she also works for International Short Film Festival BRNO16. Since 2014, she has been based at the Czech Cultural Institute (former Arts and Theatre Institute).
Eli Havla
Show moreEli Havla has been working at NIK since 2025. She joined the Infopoint in an effort to contribute to the transformation of working conditions in culture becaus she has been dealing with working conditions in architecture since 2019. She focuses on interdisciplinary cooperation, service design, facilitation, and the possibilities of creating environments that are dignified for everyone. She has worked for CTU UCEEB, the National Gallery and NPI ČR. She has collaborated with CCEA MOBA, Rethink Architecture, Pábení, NaZemi, CEDIT magazine, and with municipalities in the Czech Republic. She is the co-author of the Research Report on the Working Conditions of Young Architects and the exhibition Office for Non-Precarious Future. She focuses on opportunities for cooperation. She uses facilitation, project management, curiosity, improvisation, and humor as her tools.
Anna Štičková
Show moreAnna Štičková studied literature and creative writing, then continued with a master's program in cultural management at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno. She is currently completing her postgraduete studies, during which she has focused on issues related to the book market and working conditions in literature. She teaches cultural policy and book practice at the Faculty of Arts, leads creative writing seminars, and is an active member of the Writers' Association. She has published three collections of poetry to date, the latest of which, Všude pak viděla husy (Protimluv, 2024), has Magnesia Litera nomination and Jiří Orten Award. She also occasionally translates poetry with colaboration Sylva Ficová.

Jana Návratová works at the National Institute for Culture as a specialist in dance, second careers, and working conditions in culture. She is a researcher focused on analyzing the dance sector, the author and editor of the series Český tanec v datech (Czech Dance in Data), she is an expert on the Status of artists. She was a member of the OMC expert group established by the European Commission from 2021 to 2023. She is also a journalist, editor, cultural manager, and curator in the field of dance and movement theater. From 1992 to 2005, she taught at the Duncan Centre Conservatory. From 2005 to 2010, she was editor-in-chief of the contemporary dance magazine Taneční zóna. In 2009, she founded the Dance Film Festival biennial, of which she is the artistic director. Since 2015, sheis a mamber of the board of trustees of the Dance Career Foundation. She collaborates with professional, cultural, and public media. She publishes the podcast Suflér.
Martina Hájková
Show moreMartina Hájková graduated from Charles University's Faculty of Law, studied Arts Management at the University of Economics, and Production at DAMU. She has gained extensive experience not only in theory but mainly in the practical aspects of working in the arts. She is now based at the Association of Professional Theaters of the Czech Republic, where she works as a lawyer. In additions, she has long collaborated with the National Theater, the non-profit organization FairArt, and CzechMobility.Info as an advisor.
